one week (7days) till school starts. :)

as per the title it is now one week till i move back out and in to the dorms. i have no clue who my room mate is yet though. (i am planning on sending an e-mail to the housing director and the RD to find out.)

so as it is the weekend before school starts, we went to seaside where we got one of the resort at seaside condos (and my dad's parents rented it). we all went to seaside for (the rest of my family was able to go for longer)for the weekend. we had a blast! also on this little get-a-way, i brought my friend ryn from church and school. she had a blast! we all spent the morning in seaside, and in the afternoon we went to cannon beach. i got the best sign ever at bruce's candy kitchen, it says a day at the beach is worth a month in town. i have to say that it is so true!

my self and Ryn drove back to Portland together jaming to Hilsong and Chris August. it was great! when we hit Portland we got stuck in the lovely Friday afternoon traffic. so we decided to cut over on Lombard to get away from all the back up and take 205 instead. we were driving down Lombard close to new seasons and the light turned green, and i didn't see the car in front of me had it's turn signal on (due to sun glare). i thought he had started moving and let up on my break, i crashed in to the back of his car. so right now my car is sitting at a good friend of ours, who runs a body shop. waiting on the word. his wife said it looked totaled, but i'm hoping not. i am hoping he will be able to work his magic and get it looking new. prayers would be much appreciated.
